Orissa Renewable Energy Development Agency (OREDA)

Orissa Renewable Energy Development Agency (OREDA) is the nodal implementing agency of all non-conventional energy programme of MNES, govt. of India. It also acts as the business associates of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency, (IREDA) New Delhi and arrange loan for all kinds of non-conventional projects, in the state of Orissa. At district level OREDA is implementing the programmes through DRDA’s with the help of OREDA’s own technicians, trained NGO’s, Self Emplyed Entrepreneurs (S.E.E.) and Self Employed Worker (S.E.W.) engaged in different blocks. The details of staff position at field level of ganjam district is given in ANNEXURE-A. The programme wise target and achievement upto March 2002 by OREDA, RE Cell, Ganjam district is enclosed in ANNEXURE-B.
